Do I receive a certificate? Courses

Yes, after completing required modules and assessments. Certificates are issued digitally and include your name, course title, and completion date.

What is the refund policy? Billing

Full refund within 14 days if under 20% of content is completed. If you’re past the threshold, contact support and we’ll review your request case-by-case.
